| Experience: | Mr. Berberich was admitted to the California Bar in 2001, and began his practice with Musick, Peeler & Garrett where he gained experience in insurance defense, business litigation and insurance coverage. In 2002, Mr. Berberich joined Monroe & Zinder where he practiced maritime personal injury defense involving cases related to scuba diving, parasailing and other recreational watersports accidents. While at Monroe & Zinder, Mr. Berberich also gained experience in products liability, cargo claims, business litigation, copyright and trademark, and collections. In addition, Mr. Berberich has experience in business transactional matters, including the formation and dissolution of business entities. Mr. Berberich joined Kaye, Rose & Partners as an associate attorney in 2008. |
