| Experience: | Ms. Taylor was admitted to the California Bar in 1991, and began her practice with the law firm of Walton, Ottesen, Meads & Koler. While there, she gained experience in general civil litigation, and conducted both bench and jury trials. In 1994, Ms. Taylor joined Edward Walton’s newly-established firm, Walton & Associates, as an associate attorney. With Walton & Associates, Ms. Taylor devoted a significant portion of her time to maritime personal injury work, in addition to practicing in the areas of commercial litigation, employer/employee litigation, unfair business practices litigation and general corporate advices. Ms. Taylor joined Kaye, Rose & Partners as an associate attorney in 2007. |
| Specialization: | Ms. Taylor has wide-ranging experience in defending seamen’s personal injury claims, and is thoroughly familiar with the practice of maritime litigation in both state and federal courts. In addition, Ms. Taylor is an experienced practitioner of every aspect of the business litigation process, from initial investigation and the drafting of pleadings, through and including deposition and discovery practice, law and motion practice, arbitration and mediation, and trial preparation. |
