or representation in matters involving wrongful termination, hostile
work environment, harassment and discrimination based on race, age, gender
and gender preference. We also handle matters related to collective bargaining
agreements.
We have drafted employment contracts and policy manuals
and defended against various types of claims asserted under Title VII
of the Civil Rights Act, Subchapter I of the Americans with Disabilities
Act, and comparable federal and state laws. We have defended employers
